Items damaged in the mail will be partially or fully refunded, pending photo proof, and depending on the damage.
Items lost in the mail will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but 95% of the time, a full refund is given.
Less than 1% of the hundreds of packages I have mailed have been lost or damaged in the mail.
